Anand Ramakrishna is a highly experienced IT professional with over 20 years of international consulting experience. He has worked with customers worldwide, including the US, UK, Canada, Africa, China, and India. Throughout his career, Anand has held various roles, specializing in Advisory and Implementation Consulting, Business Analysis, delivery leadership, and pre-sales leadership.

As a practice director, he successfully guided teams in delivering complex Quote to Cash projects. In his role as a pre-sales leader, he has assisted many clients in maximizing the potential of Salesforce and related technologies. As a Solutions Architect, Anand has provided architectural guidance for various Salesforce implementations, ranging from small to large scale.

As a Business Architect and Business Analyst, he has been involved in multiple operating model transformation programs. He has played key roles in establishing future state process maps and solution architectures.

Throughout his career, he has mentored and trained hundreds of co-workers, junior team members, and customer teams along the way.

With his extensive experience and exposure, he has embarked on a mission to simplify the complexities of the IT world and share his knowledge through digital courses and content.

Rajeshwari decided to pursue her dream of entering the IT field with the guidance and mentorship of Anand. Despite having no prior IT or consulting experience and being a full-time mom and housewife for over ten years, Rajeshwari expressed her interest in exploring the world of consulting. With their second daughter on the way, Anand supported her by setting up a study area, and Rajeshwari's journey with Salesforce began.

Through hard work and dedication, Rajeshwari landed her first job as a Salesforce CPQ and Billing consultant for a leading company in the Salesforce consulting space. She has achieved certifications as a Salesforce Administrator, CPQ Specialist, Advanced Billing Specialist and Financial Services Cloud specialist, showcasing her commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Rajeshwari's story is a testament to the possibilities that await those willing to pursue their dreams and acquire new skills and knowledge. Now, she is on a mission to support Anand, taking on multiple roles on a daily basis. She also diligently reviews and offers feedback on digital content and courses, aiming to create easily understandable, engaging, and transformative learning experiences for students.
